Medical, Dental and Vision
Medical, dental and vision plans start the day you do. You can put away pre-taxed dollars for childcare, new glasses and medicine. And KIPP puts money into your Health Savings Account if you enroll. We also offer access to the Teledoc program, which connects you to a licensed doctor by web, phone or mobile app in minutes.
KIPP Miami employees can join our network Verizon phone plan for around $65 a month. Every staff member also gets a laptop.
Pension and 403(b) Savings
KIPP Miami offers staff a competitive 403(b) plan to help you save for retirement. We even match a portion of your contributions.
Paid Time Off
School-based staff have approximately 25 days of school closure days for holidays and breaks, in addition to personal and summer vacation days. Non-instructional teammates receive personal paid time off and about 14 paid holidays each year.
New Parent Support
KIPP Miami provides 12 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers and four weeks for secondary caregivers to bond with their new child. In order to support staff who are adoptive parents, we provide up to $1,500 financial reimbursement for expenses incurred for each child adopted.
